The Tender, The Fractured and The Quietly Extraordinary

The Tender, The Fractured and The Quietly Extraordinary is an intimate excavation of contradictions — a space where elegance
collides with unease, and where what feels familiar can quietly turn unsettling. This exhibition unfolds through my ongoing fascination
with the subtle tensions beneath the surface of human experience. In each work, I trace the fragile line between attraction and
discomfort, exposing the quiet fractures hidden inside what we often call “beautiful.
”
Drawing from personal encounters, everyday observations, and lived emotional landscapes, I use portraiture, symbolic compositions,
and ready-made objects to construct layered narratives that speak to longing, discomfort, and quiet resilience. The figures and
symbols in these works carry both grace and distortion, revealing that beauty is rarely pure — it is often complicated, fragile, and
charged with contradictions.
This exhibition is not about resolution; it is about witnessing. It is an invitation to sit with the strange, to let discomfort coexist with
wonder, and to see the unseen stories that dwell inside what appears whole. It is, ultimately, a reflection of how I move through the
world — noticing what is tender, fractured, and quietly extraordinary.
